Once a vehicle is ordered, we allow around 14 days for procurement, documentation, booking, containerization, and marine insurance. We handle: Export documentation, Inspection reports & photographs, Bill of Lading & Customs Declarations and Vessel tracking updates.
Vehicles are generally shipped from the East Coast of North America to Sri Lanka in approximately 55 days for right-hand drive conversion, testing and final quality inspection, before we then book the entire freight process from Sri Lanka (Colombo Port) to your regional Port, ready for inland transport to the final destination.
Air freight options are also available for urgent shipments. Our experienced in-house logistics team manages the entire end-to-end movement, removing risk and stress for our clients, however airfreight does add considerably to the logistics costs.
