Australia Welcomes the First Right Hand Drive HUMMER EV SUV and SUT

A Historic Milestone for Australian Automotive Excellence
Autogroup International is proud to unveil a defining moment for Australian motoring the arrival of the very first right hand drive HUMMER EV SUV, fully ADR-compliant and now officially on Australian soil at our facility in Pakenham, Victoria. This landmark moment represents not only the debut of one of the world’s most advanced electric supertrucks but also the continuation of our proud three-decade legacy as a 100% Australian family-owned business leading the global right
hand drive American vehicle conversion market.
For the first time ever, Australian customers can now order their next-generation HUMMER EV in either SUV or SUT (pickup) configuration. Both models are available with an extensive selection of factory colours, trim packages, and interior finishes from elegant Interstellar White and rugged Deep Aurora Metallic, to the new Carbon Fibre and Stealth Eclipse interior trims. Whether your preference is luxury or capability, your HUMMER can be built to suit your personal style and driving demands.

Each of these spectacular vehicles is designed, engineered, and precisely converted at Autogroup International’s world-class manufacturing and engineering facility in Sri Lanka, where our skilled team of specialists deliver factory-grade conversions to exacting Australian Design Rule (ADR) standards. The facility operates under ISO 9001:2015 quality certification, ensuring every HUMMER EV that leaves our line meets global safety and engineering benchmarks.
The 2026 HUMMER EV SUV offers up to 830 horsepower, an estimated range of around 515 kilometres, and blistering 0–100 km/h performance in just 3.5 seconds. Its adaptive air suspension system can raise or lower by more than 24 centimetres, while King Crab Mode and CrabWalk allow revolutionary off-road manoeuvrability. The SUT (pickup) variant pushes performance even further, with up to 1,160 horsepower, an extended 584km range, and unmatched open-bed versatility.

Behind this world-first launch sits the story of Australian ingenuity. From converting hundreds of H2 and H3 Hummers in the 2000s to creating the first global right hand drive HUMMER EV conversion in 2024, Autogroup International continues to represent Australian engineering leadership on a world stage. With more ADR-compliant HUMMER EV SUVs and SUTs already shipping to customers across the country, this launch marks the beginning of a new chapter for luxury EV performance in Australia.

Every vehicle leaves our hands supported by a 5-year unlimited kilometre warranty, 5 years of 24/7 roadside assistance, and spare parts coverage for the first 40,000 kilometres delivering total peace of mind for owners nationwide.
The HUMMER EV SUV’s arrival in Pakenham is far more than a launch it’s proof that world-first automotive innovation can be driven by an Australian family company with global reach and unshakable pride in its craftsmanship. We invite enthusiasts, collectors, and future EV pioneers to view this groundbreaking vehicle in person and experience what true engineering leadership looks like.
