The Gold Standard in Safety, Quality and Conformity
The Safety, Quality Assurance, Vehicle Compliance, and Quality Control team at Autogroup International is a critical part of our operation. With over twenty full-time experts, their core responsibility is to ensure the safety of our workforce, the technical precision of every right-hand drive vehicle we convert, and full compliance with global and country-specific vehicle standards. Every conversion undergoes our 1,626-point Quality Control inspection, and we proudly exceed all expectations set by our audited ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System—a hallmark of quality, consistency, and engineering excellence.
Autogroup International is the only vehicle conversion company outside of Australia to hold ISO 9001:2015 certification specifically for “the design and implementation of modifications to left-hand drive vehicles to comply with the Motor Vehicles Standards Act 2018 of Australia.” This unique certification reflects our unwavering commitment to producing vehicles that meet Australian Design Rule (ADR) compliance standards, ensuring road-legal performance, safety, and emissions integrity. It reinforces our position as a world leader in right-hand drive conversions—trusted by clients in over 40 countries who demand certified quality and uncompromising compliance.

SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE
The Safety team is responsible for the health, safety, and well-being of our 175+ team members, plus external visitors to our facility. Following international Occupational Health and Safety standards, all teams operate within a safe workplace with support from qualified health and safety inspectors. Our facility is also audited by various government departments to ensure our compliance with all standards.
SAFETY FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
The Safety of the vehicles we convert from left-hand drive to right-hand drive is a core moral and legal obligation Autogroup International takes very seriously. This commitment to vehicle safety through our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Assurance, Australian Design Rules (ADR) compliance, and our homologation of vehicles to UK specifications ensures our vehicles are of the highest quality and safest in the world.
iso Quality Assurance
Autogroup has proudly held ISO 9001:2015 Quality Assurance certification from Bureau Veritas for over 20 years—specifically for “the design and implementation of modifications to left-hand drive vehicles to comply with the Motor Vehicles Standards Act 2018 of Australia.” This makes us the only conversion company outside Australia with this scope. It proves our quality is more than words—it's a measurable, externally-audited system that our dedicated QA team follows every single day.
internal Quality Control
The Quality Control team is directly responsible for ensuring all 1,626 Quality Control inspection points, for each vehicle, are documented and recorded. This starts at the vehicle unloading all the way through the entire vehicle conversion process, and up to the final Quality Control process which is signed off by our CEO before vehicle delivery.

A high bar for quality and safety
The Australian Design Rules (ADRs) are a set of national standards that ensure road vehicle safety, anti-theft measures, and emissions control. Every new road vehicle manufactured and imported into the country must comply with the relevant ADRs when the vehicle is first supplied to the Australian market.
Engineering Compliance and Traceability
The engineering documentation team at Autogroup International plays a critical role in documenting and ensuring compliance with homologation and design rules for government regulations in the United Kingdom, Australia, South Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia, and forty other right-hand drive countries. They maintain control over engineering-related documents and records, establishing traceability and accountability for each vehicle conversion, modification, and component. This meticulous documentation process ensures that all conversions meet the necessary standards and requirements.
