With its discreet 360° B6 ballistic protection, The Centurion delivers the ultimate secure pickup vehicle. Multi-layered ballistic nylon floor blast protection is form fitted and concealed underneath vehicle carpets to absorb bomb fragments. All windows are bullet-proof and steel overlaps installed at all points of ingress.
DISCRETE PROTECTION
360° armoured protection integrates the latest high quality armour components available. All glass, pillars, fenders, bumper bars as well as roof, firewall, are B6 armoured with the axles, brakes, suspension, and door hinges fully reinforced or replaced, to maintain the vehicles original driving characteristics, reliability and speed. The Centurion is certified to withstand 7.62mm ammunition and up to two DM51 hand grenades detonated simultaneously.
UNCOMPROMISED PERFORMANCE
The Centurion is engineered to maintain the existing performance characteristics of the right-hand drive GMC Sierra 2500 Heavy Duty Denali. We design, engineer, and manufacture to ISO 9001@2015 Quality Assurance standards to ensure the performance, ride quality and luxury of the OEM model are maintained, despite the increased weight. B6 RATED PROTECTIVE FEATURES
B6 BALLISTIC STEEL
All opaque material around the passenger cabin is retrofitted with certified hardened, heat treated, and laser cut B6 ballistic steel including angled roof, doors, floor, and pillar posts. Reinforced door hinges support the weight of armoured doors.
BULLET-PROOF
All original glass is replaced with laboratory tested multilayered ballistic layered glass, acrylic, polycarbonate windows, with a one-piece windshield frame. Glass Frame is reinforced, up to B7, to withstand the additional weight of the windscreen.
TYRES, BRAKES & SUSPENSION
Michelin PAX System ‘Run flat’ tyre system plus reinforced suspension and enhanced heavy duty brakes are installed to counteract additional weight and maintain performance.
VITAL COMPONENT PROTECTION
Armour protection for fuel tank, battery, firewall, and computer module (ECM) plus floor blast protection with multi-layered ballistic nylon.
INTERIOR COMFORT
Discrete, concealed and colour-coded moulded steel overlaps to protect door openings and around windows. Second Skin sound deadening and thermal barrier installed throughout rear compartment to reduce road noise and control temperature.
IMPACT PROTECTION

EUROPEAN PROTECTION
STANDARDS
Autogroup International have simplified the armouring process by adopting European EN 1063 Ballistic standards, armouring all of our vehicles to BR6 level which is certified to offer protection against handguns up to .44 magnum, rifles using up to 7.62x51mm rounds (AK47, GPMG, sniper rifles, AR15,etc) and withstand up to two hand grenades detonated underneath the vehicle. The European standards EN1522 / EN1063 specify 7 levels of protection: B1 to B7. These standards are represented by a B Level which measure the level of protection offered by retro-fitted ballistic armour and bulletproof glass. Autogroup International can provide armoured solutions from B4 up to B7 as required.

DOES ARMOURING SLOW THE VEHICLE DOWN?
Armouring a vehicle adds significant weight to a vehicle – irrespective of manufacturers claims of ‘light armour’ the reality is that all round ballistic and blast protection adds weight and impacts performance. However, with many armourer's only offering underpowered vehicles such as Toyota Landcruisers, Hilux and Lexus, the performance impact can be very significant when compared to our range of GMC Yukon Denali SUV’s or Sierra 2500 Pickup trucks both offering high power/high torque petrol or diesel engines which easily outstrip the competition.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARMOUR MY VEHICLE?
The typical conversion timeline which includes right-hand drive conversion and armouring
takes between 8-10 weeks. With the production capacity to convert 60x vehicles each
month and with a workforce of 200x direct employees we are the largest vehicle conversion
