Sierra Heavy Duty is the real deal—with a wider chassis than the 2500 and much greater towing capacity, it has the the strength and pulling power to haul heavy loads and the most trailering-assistance technologies available in its class which include outside power-adjustable vertical trailering mirrors with power folding/extending, in-vehicle trailering app, integrated trailer brake controller, StabiliTrak, stability control system with proactive roll avoidance and traction control, bed view camera, trailer tire pressure and temperature sensors HD surround vision and hitch view & guidance.
Enhanced power with the combination of the available 6.6L Duramax Turbo-Diesel V-8 and 10-speed Allison transmission delivering 470 horsepower and 975 lb-ft of torque and providing 25% more low-end torque vs. the current model for a greater feeling of power on demand.
The Sierra 3500HD also features Hill Descent mode, skid plates & Off-road suspension with Twin-Tube Rancho® Shocks.
INFOTAINMENT & CONNECTIVITY
The Sierra 3500HD features a 13.4-inch-diagonal horizontal GMC touchscreen infotainment system (biggest in class) with Wireless Apple CarPlay®5 and Android Auto™6 capability and Google Built-In compatibility.
Other standard features are the GMC MultiPro Tailgate, digital variable steering assist and front & rear park assist.
